Following the initial one (1) year term, the Logic Unlimited Long Distance Plan shall automatically renew on a month-to-month basis until either Party terminates the Service in accordance with this Agreement. In the event that you terminate or breach this Agreement prior to expiry of the minimum one (1) year term of Logic's Unlimited Long Distance Plan, Logic will immediately debit from your debit/credit card $200.00 as an early cancellation fee. If a landline phone is the chosen phone number designated for a Logic Unlimited Long Distance Plan, the landline user will be unable to register that landline with another long distance carrier for a one year period.
If a cell phone is the chosen phone number designated for a Logic Unlimited Long Distance Plan, roaming charges will not be included under the plan. Cell phone users will be required to use the prefix 2020220 in order to make any long distance calls with Logic from a cell phone. After entering the prefix 20-20-220 press “SEND” and then enter the destination number. DO NOT press “SEND” again after you have entered the destination number. If you do press “SEND” after entering the destination number, this will circumvent Logic and you will be billed through another long distance carrier. In addition, you MAY NOT use your cell phone address book to make calls with this service as this will also result in circumvention of the Logic service and you will be billed by another carrier. If the cell phone user wants to block long distance calls by any other direct dial carrier to prevent long distance calls being charged by another carrier, or cancel an existing long distance plan with another carrier, it is the Customer's responsibility, to do so. Logic will not be responsible for any calls billed by other carriers.
The details of other Long Distance Plan rates can be found at www.logic.bm.
